Hi Mike, I just thought I would take some time out and write to you about my car and the service you provided by Rapid Remap. In standard form the car was very economical but lacked mid-range and overtaking power. I ordered one of those well known tuning boxes (the ones you just plug-n-play) What a joke, all it gave was a placebo affect (something you had warned me about when we originally spoke several months ago). I say placebo, because when I drove the car with the tuning box installed the car initially felt sharper and a little bit more powerful. But I was able to test it against my brother's car (that was identical to mine). To say I was peed off would be an understatement. No matter what I tried I could not pull away from him.

After talking to you at some length we decided to go for your Remap Pro unit. The initial cost maybe a little high compared to one of your custom remaps, I think longer term it will pay for itself as I can use it on my future cars. Anyway, we decide to try your unit with the full power remap on my brother's Seat that was identical to mine. The whole experience was a pleasant one and everything went smoothly, I admired your professionalism.

There was a notable power difference as soon as the remap was done and the drive back was brilliant. The car had loads of power throughout the rev-range.

As usual my bother and I had a quick race and he immediately gapped me by 10 car lengths within 1/2 a mile, I was shocked and pleased at the same time, and the car has improved still further.

You did say that the power would come on stronger after 200 miles or so and again you were spot on.

After a few days I was once again on the blower ordering another 3 units from you. I must say that this is the best performance conversion I have experienced so far. What makes the whole experience good is the way you care for your customers. I tried my best to get you to add a little bit more bottom-end power on my car but you warned me that it would not be wise too push the car beyond safe mechanical limits and although you would add more power if I really insisted, you would not be held responsible. - it just shows how much you care for your customers and the reputation of your company.

You get my thumbs up and 5 Stars for an excellent performance gain. It feels like a completely new car and I have already dispatched a few Golf Gti's and BMWs :)
